⚖️ Risk Classification System
Users are classified into risk levels based on the severity and nature of violations. Our system uses four distinct risk categories:
- 🟢 Low Risk: Minor infractions with limited impact. Users demonstrate low threat to community safety. Subject to monitoring.
- 🟡 Moderate Risk: Notable violations with clear patterns or concerning behavior. Users require restrictions and monitoring. Recommend caution.
- 🟠 High Risk: Serious violations including scamming, asset theft, or repeated severe behavior. Strong recommendation for protective measures.
- 🔴 Extreme Risk: Critical violations including doxxing, paedophilia, or organization of malicious activities. Immediate protection and potential legal action recommended.
🔍 Review Process
Every report undergoes thorough review:
- Initial screening by support team
- Evidence verification
- Cross-reference with existing reports
- Manual review by staff members
- Final decision and notification
Average review time: 3-7 business days
❌ False Reports
Submitting false or misleading reports is taken seriously. Consequences include:
- Report rejection
- Account warnings
- Potential suspension from reporting privileges
- Ban from SafeGuard Blacklisting in severe cases

- Include full context, not just isolated incidents
- Use clear, professional language
- Provide timestamps when possible
- Avoid personal grudges or conflicts of interest
